I did also act as sponsor, primary stakeholder, pmo, program or project manager.
Having operated at the executive level in various companies, I have a good human contact with an executive audience and have good abilities of adaptation to fit customers' requirements while always keeping the credibility of the company to the highest level.
With over twenty years of experience in aligning Information Technology with business requirements and demands by creating solutions through the establishment of proper IT projects, from design to successful implementation within budget, scope and timescales.
An open management style with hands on attitude keeping interest on new technologies, methodologies, design and development trying to think logical and simplifying what can be simplified.
